The prices are per person per day including demi-pension (generous breakfast buffet, cold food from the buffet, four- course dinner to choose from)

Payment on account…
You would like to book accomodation with breakfast only?
In this case EUR 12,00 per person and day are discounted from the demi-pension price.

Dogs…
Are gladly accomodated after previos arrangement. Please bring along a blanket or dog basket and remember that your dog has no admittance to our dining rooms and the wellness area. Dogs are to be kept on a leash in the entire hotel area.

Non-smoking rooms…
All our rooms are non-smoking rooms.

Internet…
All our rooms have Wirless- LAN access

On arrival day…
The rooms are ready for occupation from 14:00. We beg you to free your rooms until 10:00 on day of departure.

Room numbers…
Please understand that it is not possible for us to confirm a special room number or floor.

Payment arrangements…
The hotel bill can be paid cash, by check or credit card (Visa, Eurocard, Mastercard). We beg you to pay your hotel bill one evening before your departure.

Cancelations… (not valid in Winter 2020/21 due to COVID-19 - refer to Loosened Cancellation Conditions Winter 2020/21)
In case of cancellation we have to charge all parts of the booked stay that cannot be sublet to the fee mentioned below. If not otherwise agreed, the Austrian Hotel contract conditions apply (AGBH):

More than 3 months before arrival           -       no cancellation fee
3 months up to 1 month before arrival     -   40% of booking value
1 months up to 1 week before arrival       -   70% of booking value
In the last week before arrival                 -   90% of booking value

Travel cancelation insurance…
We advise you to effect a travel cancelation insurance so that in case of cancelation of the accomodation, no unnecessary costs emerge from illness, case of death, job loss, etc. Information e.g. at www.europaeische.at

Apart from that the Austrian Hotel contract conditions apply.
